My house was scattered across the map, chest were emptied and large chunks of mountains randomly spawned in

I loaded into minecraft hardcore edition, a huge mountain was where i kept my farm, a large majority of my house was just missing. After a little bit of searching I found the other part. I had kept chest there and they were all emptied. This was in hardcore mode and i dont know what to do. I didnt back it up before hand
