Mobs on boats despawn when chunks are reloaded, if they don't belong to the same chunk as the boat they are riding on

      How to reproduce:

      1. Place a boat near the boundary of two chunks
      2. Put 2 mobs in the boat and make sure that one of the mobs is in (has its center in) other chunk than boat is in.
      3. Leave the game
      4. Join the game
