So my little brother has been trying to play Minecraft on a relatively new console, (Xbox One) but it keeps crashing at random. There's no set time interval. Sometimes he can play for hours and have no issue. Sometimes he can't even play for a full minute. The screen will freeze, and is unable to interact with his controller. This also applies to others playing split screen. Idle audio will still play, like animals, villagers opening doors, the music and cave sounds will continue as normal. Sounds like opening inventory, placing blocks or anything that he tries to interact with don't sound. Strangely, it's only his profile. If he isn't signed in, nobody else has this issue. I've removed and re-downloaded both the game and his profile, to find the same issues. I've double checked other profiles on the system, and other games. We've tried two different hard disks and digital download.
