The Honey block has the same water streaming animation along sides of it like doors (aka not waterlogged considering the honey block is not a full block) (Same with slime block and a few others which are full blocks)

What I expected to happen was...:
The honey block would have the same texture as it has on the surface + the water overlay

What actually happened was...:
It created a water animation along all sides of the honey block resembling un-waterloggedness?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take honey block
2. Place in a body of water at least 2-3 blocks deep
