Minecraft Vanilla survival java edition 1.14.4: The First time I built a nether portal in vanilla survival, I used it and it was fine. I was in survival when my computer just shut down. The next time I logged on, the nether portal was no longer in my house and a lot of blocks had regenerated. One side of my house completely disappeared. Now I cannot go through a nether portal because the game crashes every time. I've tried replacing the nether portal in different areas far apart but have had no luck. Please help resolve this issue for me.

"The game crashed whilst feature placement
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: We are asking a region for a chunk out of bound | -21 10"
