Game crashes on launch with the error message: "An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."

I've looked in the debug output window thing and I've attached a .txt file containing the output log but I have no idea what it means or how to fix it.

I know my systems anti-virus isn't blocking the game from launching
