Realms - Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

The error will pop up and kick me from the realm repeatedly. Even restarting my PC won't fix the issue sometimes.

(Have to people on same internet playing realms but even when only one is still is broken)

Please fix this cause it makes the game almost unbearable to play having to repeatedly reconnect
