This is most likely a personal bug, since it hasn't appeared anywhere else in my searches. On version 1.14.4, in vanilla, optifine, and badlion client, any block that I break doesn't update to the surrounding lighting. The broken block turns into to lighting 0,0 sky/block regardless of where it is. This issue is solved temporarily (on singleplayer) by updating the lighting or by optimizing the world and erasing cached data in the world, however, it only fixes blocks that haven't updated yet and not blocks that will be broken in the future.

I've tried deleting all of my files and redownloading the game, but I can't fix this bug. Any suggestions? Sorry for the poor formatting.
