When trying to create a world on single player mode, regardless of the settings applied, the loading/generating process stops at a random percentage and the only thing I can do is force close the window. I have left it to load for 3 hours and it was still stuck at a random percentage.

Uninstalling, reinstalling, repairing, and updating has done nothing to fix this issue.
There are no error messages, error codes, or crash codes/reports.

What I expected to happen was...:
Ability to create new worlds to play in single player.

      What actually happened was...:
Generating screen stopped completely, at any given percentage.

      Steps to Reproduce
      1. Open Minecraft Launcher + Launch 1.14.4
      2. Click Single Player
      3. Create New World
      4. Select any type of settings
      5. Create New World
