Casting issue: Breaking armour stands when far from the world origin causes particle precision loss

      Split from MC-88330.

      Armour stands emit particles when broken, like blocks. However, if the player is far from the middle of the world, these particles appear in a vertical line detached from the stand due to errors in floating point casting, Refer to images for comparison.
