I have seen this glitch happen on both MacOS X and Windows 10 although they have slightly different things happen. on MacOS there is an icon but its labeled as just a java program with an execute file thumbnail. On windows, it is a blank spot on the taskbar and it only occurs when running 2 games at once (Can be 2 different accounts or the same account).
