World has been played in the snapshot before 19w38b, and everything was fine. See pictures of graphically glitched/bugged blocks. Items on hotbar are from my own made texture pack that worked fine in every version/snapshot but this. Banner is an "Omnious Banner", not a one dyed black. The inside part of the chest does not have the normal "hole" texture (left upper picture).
