No mod, only vanilla, in a flat redstone world I move from creative to survival and the game crash almost instantly, I try to destroy a sandstone something like 1-2 sec after the gamemode change

I'm not sure this is the right place for report game crash but the site isn't clear

I've attached the game crash report

 Edit: I try it in another world in survival with stone, grass, sand... game crash with stone, but not with grass and sand and only in survival, I try to break stone type block with hands and it crash, but the game didn't crash with a pickaxe, try to break a birch log with Hand and it crash again. So I think the game crash if you try to break a block with wrong tool (with more time)

I think is the same bug, I'll attach all game crash report for be as helpful as possible
