Can't Mine Red Stone on 19w38a

      World loaded w/no issues went to mine Redstone and game crashes and gives error 

      The game crashed whilst tesselating block model
      Error: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 1, Size: 1

       

      Able to mine other blocks w/ no issues only appears to be affecting Red Stone.

       

      Tried updating java - no change - still occurs -
