Attempting to enter an occupied bed displays a message over the hotbar, but attempting to enter an occupied vehicle does not

      Inconsistent with the behaviour of beds, and may cause confusion when there is no visible reason that the vehicle cannot be entered, e.g. invisible riders.

      Tested with boats and minecarts. Untested with pigs, horses, donkeys, mules and llamas
