This bug is not revealed until you use a mod that adds user made ambient sounds.  The bug started with this version.  It did not exist in the previous version.

The mod in question is Ambient Sounds 3.

I have asked the mod creator to fix it, but they have stated - " It's an issue of the vanilla sound engine ... no idea how to fix it, sorry "

He also said he wouldnt report it to Mojang because of some mod policy.  So I am reporting, because its an awesome mod and I want the bug fixed.

What the mod does is add sound effects that are biome specific, and day/night, also underground sounds. Crickets chirping at night. Birds singing in the woods, lonely wind sounds in the desert, hollow drip sounds in caves etc.  its an excellent mod.  You guys should consider adding such ambient sounds to the game itself.

The bug is, the sounds get stuck in repeating loops, which as you can imagine can be quite annoying at times. So if you could please examine your sound engine in 1.14.4 to see if there is anything that might cause this bug and fix it, it would be great, thank you.
