Right-clicking on a button while it's pressed inwards still plays a hand animation

      The hand animation should only play when using a non-active button, since that's the only time where the button actually does anything.

      To test, hold right click when aiming at a button. The hand should only swing when the button is ready to be pressed, but it still swings when the button is pressed inward.
