Cannot plant seeds

*What I expected to happen was normal farming

I use my hoe and hoed the dirt. I placed my seeds on it and it came out
after i planted two.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Hoe some dirt
2.Put seeds consecutively(1 by 10)
3. Should come out
