The snow loot table not used well. Isnt coded in the json the match_tool condition, but it drops just for shovel.
If i modify the minecraft/loot_tables/blocks/snow.json can drop another but just if i brake with a shovel.

(I think it is hardcoded, but its not fair, pls debug it.)
