Sand appears to float mid-air, then teleports downwards around 7 blocks. (Had 100+ fps, not client lag)

Only works in the west direction tested in 1.14.4. Works with gravel, sand, concrete powder, and anvils. Dragon eggs may work but would need a tweak in timings.

Timings:
1st piston: 3 ticks
2nd piston: 3 ticks
3rd piston: 9 ticks
