The bug

If a player is in a boat when it is teleported, the rotation numbers don't apply to the boat, and instead it faces the direction it was when teleported.

In the screenshot 18.56.32 you can see the boat that was teleported without a player in it facing the proper direction, whereas in screenshot 18.56.51 the boat was teleported when a player was riding it, and it was not rotated.
