I was messing around with versions when i noticed that 1.14's snapshots, 1.14's releases, and 1.15's snapshots have had this issue where the items that you drop on death don't fly far enough. Instead, they drop straight below your body.

The versions tested in the videos are 1.5.2 and 1.14.4. However, this big occurs 1.14 snapshots and above.

Versions under 1.13.2x have not had this issue!

However in Spigot/Bukkit servers, this has actually been around in the game since release 1.0.

Otherwise, this bug is very annoying. I've lost most of my useful gear to lava cause they didnt fly far enough.

This occurs on all types of deaths, not a specific one.

How to reproduce:

1. Open 2 clients, one in 1.14 and above, one in 1.13.2 and below.
2. On both clients, fill your inventory all of the way.
3. Then, do /kill on both clients, respawn, and see how far the items went.
4. (Optional) Get killed by a mob or co. and see how far the items went.
