In previous versions you were able to paste the section symbol (§) and color the text in a book and quill. In 1.14 you can no longer paste in the symbol and there doesn't appear to be an alternative method of color formatting the text. Whether this is a bug or just a result of the new book editing mechanics being unfinished I don't know, but we need it back.
