Arabic language script not included within the Minecraft font

      relates to MC-160468, MC-156376

      Arabic, like Hebrew, is an abjad. Since it doesn't seem to use combining characters at all, these shouldn't be any issues with these, and as such a font for Arabic should be relatively straightforward to do.
