so, I visited an old world of mine (1.13) and proceed an upgrade to the command blocks, but none of the chained command block execute at all. here is my setup test:

first: impulse, unconditional, need redstone, command: say 1

second: chain, unconditional, always active, command: say 2

but when I place the redstone block the first command is the only one to activate

when i look it up, I cant find anything similar, only people who don't use the command block properly. but I'm not new in command blocks...

please help me! ^^
