Dispenser not working with bone meal

      No matter how much bone meal I place in a dispenser it will not dispense it, arrows, splash potions, buckets all work normally, items that can't be dispensed e.g. blocks will get shot out as if it was a dropper, but if you put bone meal inside nothing happens
