I reinstalled Minecraft to get rid of some things like forge and optifine which weren't working. When I reinstalled it, and went on a server, I noticed no skins were showing for anyone, including myself. thses are my friends I had played with recently, so I know they had skins, not to mention I asked and confirmed they had skins. The same problem happened in singleplayer.
