Basically go into singleplayer change your gamemode to creative grab any kind of sword in creative and start running/ jumping/ walking and hitting the ground with it it creates this kind of glitchy effect it doesnt affect survival or servers (may be just a problem on my machine)

(I havent tested it on other versions but i know it doesnt affect versions below 1.8.9)
