Despite the fact that cocoa beans' growth can be accelerated with bonemeal, bees seem unable to pollinate them.

Using the F3 Debug UI, it can be shown that cocoa pods lack the #minecraft:bee_growables tag.

I'm unsure as to whether this is intentional or an oversight.
