(Singleplayer) When breaking blocks very quickly, e.g. with an Efficiency V Diamond Pickaxe on Netherrack, occasionally the block will not update properly. It appears invisible, but does not allow the player to move through it, and cannot be broken. Upon reloading the world, the block  reappears, and can now be broken.
