I know that this is incredibly specific, but, I had the master volume off, and was riding in a minecart. Then, I turned on the master volume, and there was no minecart sounds. When I got back into a minecart, the sound for minecarts came back on. Obviously this isn't a major issue, but it was something I noticed.
