When I join my friends Vanilla Server, I lose connection with an error after a short time. So we're building a city at the moment and there it's occuring a lot. But if I move away of the city, it's getting less frequently, I can play longer without an error. So is this an Chunkloading bug?

I already updated Java, updated graphic card drivers and reinstalled minecraft completely.
