When I load to 100% on a saved game or when creating a new file, > 95% of the time the game hangs and crashes out. This is on both the latest snapshot and latest release
I've attempted:
Reinstalling minecraft
Cleaning my computer with a number of antivirus (Windows Defender, Malwarebytez).
Adding more ram with the java command block (below)
Installing an older version of Java which other users have successfully run Minecraft
Changing View Distance from 32 to 12, 10, 2
Running with all processes closed besides my Nvidia control panel.
Here's a full pastebin dump:

Java code tried:
```-Xmx3G -XX:+UnlockExperimentalVMOptions -XX:+UseG1GC -XX:G1NewSizePercent=20 -XX:G1ReservePercent=20 -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=50 -XX:G1HeapRegionSize=32M```
where ```Xmx*g``` * has ranged from 2-5
Please let me know if there's another diagnostic tool I can dump information from or anything else I can do to try to troubleshoot.
