Ticks lag - Travelling chunk lag.

      I've been working with servers quite a bit and i've never came across issues like these. Since i updated my server from 1.12 to 1.14.4 a while back it became a pattern. My TPS of the server dropped from a fine 20 to a constant of 15 to 8. The lowest we ever had were 5 which is crazy.

      I've tried everything by reducing plugin usage, but even then TPS drops really fast and is very unstable.

      I found these causing the issue.

      • Fast travelling: Ice boats, Elytra + Trident/Rocket travelling, Flying in general.
      • Normal travel: Walking a few 1000 blocks can cause huge drops in TPS but less worse than flying with Elytra or fast travelling.
      • Chunks don't load in correctly, it can sometimes take up to 10-15 seconds until a chunk is loaded. You can walk in the unloaded chunks, but you don't see the actaul blocks. This only happens when the TPS is very low and multiple people are online. 10-15 would be enough.
      • The server can hold itself with not many players online. When it reaches like 7 the TPS starts to drop slowly and the more join the harder it drops.
      • Players can't actaully travel with many players online, If we reach 15 players as a server you absolutely can't stay away from each other. The further away the more lag comes.

      I've shown some pictures below what happens i am flying. The chunks take very long to load in, and most of the time it misses a few, those chunks are the ones that you can walk on, but don't see the blocks, but since it was quiet at that time it loaded in before i could take a picture.

       

      We get a lot of Overloading warning from the console. When i have 1.12 i get those once or twice now i get them every 5 minutes. 

      I've already said to reduce animals to kill some if not needed, Hoppers removed, Chests replaced mostly with barrels, but it seems like it's not working. With this problem the Mobs hostile and non-hostile run behind the process and sometimes it even just completely stops and then a minute later a Creeper could pop outta nowhere.
