I was creating a tornado map and wanted to create some t-storms. So as you should I did /weather thunder, but nothing happened. The weather just stayed clear. Same thing with /weather rain. It said that it did change the weather, while nothing occurred. I was in the plains when this happened, and rain does happen there. /doWeatherCycle was set to false and true, both didn't work.
