What is happening is that whenever i make a survival world, blocks from the ground- like big chunks of the ground is glitching and appearing in the air or somewhere else on the ground that doesn't belong there (such like a big square block of sand is in the jungle now and then there's a hole where the big square block was is just a big hole) and destroying my buildings. I have tried everything and nothing seems to be working. it has been happening for a while now and its making me very angry because its destroys my buildings and the world itself. 

Sorry if this doesn't make very sense its very hard to describe what is happening. I'll show pictures.

This has happened many times before but i thought it has been fixed.
