I have encountered a bug where there is a chance of the item your holding gets deleted randomly, I have two examples, I have a stack of cookies, I was eating them and then I was hit by a arrow and I lost all my cookies, This has also happened with swords, this bug doesn't seems to be super common but it has happened a bunch of times.
