Dogs and cats are beginning to not follow or teleport, even when the chunk is loaded. They don't do so in water, but teleport when they get on land.

They sometimes will stop following me and stay still, which causes me to lose them and have to search for them. Dogs also don't walk on tracks anymore.

I don't know if it's related, but pets have like an around-5-second delay when teleporting and only do it one by one and that is sometimes annoying.
