I had a world in  minecraft 1.7.10 java, and I have been optimizing the world until 1.14.4, where I had a wall with some item frames and maps, when I tried to remove them to place them onto another wall, I couldnt, then I tried to destroy the block where they were placed, and it worked, but the item frame and the map just dissapeared, it didn't drop anything.

Maybe is the antiquity of my world, but I don't want to create a new one :c
