Villagers randomly changing their trades

      I have a villager breeder, and the villagers will randomly change what they are trading, it is not just happening in the breeder however. In natural villages the villagers will change what they trade. Even if they have been levelled up, they can still change their trades. Their professions DO NOT change.
      Currently it has only happened on 1.14.4
