In order to replicate this, create a strip of farmland with fully grown wheat. Starting at one of the ends, run in survival holding left click at a 40 degree downward angle to break the crops and notice being jerked around, almost as though the player were being pushed by the wheat. Tested this in multiple worlds and this behavior is not present in 1.14.3. I tried recording this behavior in the attached video and you can kind of see it a couple of times.
