Description

I was playing on my survival world when I realized there was no red or yellow terracotta on a Badlands biome I had found time ago. I generated other world on other versions and those world had red terracotta but no yellow terracotta. The only world where I could find all the colors was on a Buffet world for the Badlands biome.

What is expected to happen

Red and yellow terracotta to generate on any badlands (or it's variants) biome.

What is actually happening

Some seeds seem to not be generating red or yellow or both  terracotta.

Buffet world for Badlands or any variant -> All the colors are present
