Fire and block break lag

      Since 1.14 was released, there has been HORRIBLE lag when breaking blocks. It comes and goes but now it stays. It seems to be an issue with particles as when breaking blocks my FPS drops to 4 then goes right back up to 60 afterwords. 
      AND when fire is burning, the game becomes literally unplayable with an FPS of 4. 

      This is a joke and NEEDS to finally be fixed. Here's footage of it below:
