Old villages don't generate with loot tables

      The bug

      Created a world in 1.13.2 right before 1.14 came out with intent to explore after the update. Village generated in spawn area but I didn't find it until after the update, so it is an old style village. Went to the blacksmith and the chest did not have a loot table generated.
