I have a big village like 40ish villagers I have  plenty of beds and food etc. I was on peaceful in survival and I was away from the village for a bit. When I came back I noticed all of my villagers were gone. I logged out and back to see if it was just glitchy but they were gone. I switched to creative mode to see if villagers would spawn using spawn eggs. they did spawn however they wouldn't claim work benches that had been claimed by the villagers that disappeared. they acted like those work stations were still in use even though they are gone. I had very high level villagers with great trades I'm furious. Help
