This problem is not only 1.14 problem - i is alsow in 1.13 / i didnt test other mc versions

Problem:

when i run minecraft NO as admin / No on admin account an multiplayer server i CAN NOT type in chat 

when i run minecraft as damin(run as admin)/on admin account i CAN type in chat 

It is not a server bug becouse:

in log file there is message : [CHAT] Nie można wysłać wiadomości // polisch version of communicat i see in game

//one screenshot is done while running on pl version of minecraft one while on eanglisch version
