      Don't know that whether this issue happens in 1.14.3 or not. But it happens in 1.2.5 and also 1.13.1

      Watched a video on YouTube showing that a minecart move quicker on a turning normal rail rather than on a acceleration rail.

      at this moment, the minecarts are on turning rail(left) and the acceleration rail(right).
