I've uploaded a skin on my account in minecraft.net, but for some reason when I start my game all I see are default skins. Even other players with skins appear as the default Alex or Steve. It only happens on my side of the client because other players can see their and my skin properly. I have already tried the following to try and fix the issue but to no avail:
-Turned the skins settings on and off and on again.

-Reinstalled Minecraft
-Directly put the .png files of the skin in the game's skin folder
-Restarted my computer after reinstalling
-Deleted the servers and added them again
-Logged in and out of the client to refresh the account
-Reloaded the resource pack ingame

I don't know what to do anymore so I decided to write a report about it being a bug. I hope this gets fixed soon.
