The thing is that if you grab a bow on a creative inventory, you tried to hold right click (dragging a bow) (First Time), the bow will flashes with an arrow on it for 0.1 second and the Bow will show that you are dragging a bow but with no arrow on it, for a second time it now works normally (dragging bow with arrow on it).
