If you set up a tripwire and leave the chunks, when you return, the tripwire will be activated (it will show the lowered texture) and it will give a redstone signal. This breaks any security systems or secret doors that use a pufferfish signal to open them, because the door just instantly opens when you reload the chunks. It seems to only happen on multiplayer.
